Bistro Nautile is a French-Influenced bistro owned and operated locally by three Fort Collins restaurateurs who care about food and the people that eat it. Our focus is on truly farm-fresh and sustainably sourced ingredients, meticulously prepared and presented in a comfortable atmosphere by servers who are equal parts professional and entertaining. We are hard at work preparing for the release of our new Summer Menu, which will be out by the end of May. If you haven’t had a chance to come in and try standouts from our Winter menu like the Spanish Octopus, Sea of Cortez Halibut, or Cape Cod Style Fried Haddock, please come see us to check ‘em out. May is graduation month for the majority of high schools and colleges, and we would love to help you celebrate your graduate in style.
