Bistro Nautile is a French-Influenced bistro owned and operated locally by three Fort Collins restaurateurs who care about food and the people that eat it. Our focus is on truly farm-fresh and sustainably sourced ingredients, meticulously prepared and presented in a comfortable atmosphere by servers who are equal parts professional and entertaining. Every year, giving back and dining out come together in the name of hunger, and great things result. Sunday, March 1st marks the start of the 21st annual occurrence of Fort Collins two-week long foodies' dream come true, Great Plates. This year Nautile will be featuring a delicious three course dinner for one beginning with pomme dauphine (fluffy, fried balls of potato goodness), followed by baked petrale sole with all the fixings, and wrapping it up with house made truffles for only $35!! Great Plates is always a busy time, so if you plan on coming in to take advantage of this fine food and great way to give back, please make reservations online or call us at (970) 224-1188 and we'll get you all set up. Also, keep in mind that we will give you $10 in Nautile Give Back Bucks if you choose to donate to the Food Bank, because giving is as giving does.
